URL used to work then now are transparent

I was opening some web pages from our server and they worked very well till few days ago they started to show a transparent browser!!

Other web pages works well with the component, and at the same time, our URLs work perfectly with mobile browser!!

I am not a web developer and do not know what our backend team did in the last few days, but the web pages open perfectly from any browser.

Any support regarding this?
