glitchy/ bouncy scrolling in webview

Hey Piotr,
I am getting some jumpy, glitchy scrolling behavior when dragging up or down through websites on android. note 5, android version 7.0. if you scroll really slow its not bad, but if a user scrolls quickly i.e to read the bottom of a long post, the scrolling action is jumpy, and sometimes goes the wrong way (scroll down quickly, and the web page jumps up)
I have not tried the hardware acceleration flag in the manifest as i was under the impression that it was for playing videos, which i am not.
Any Ideas?

You should definitely try it out. I mentioned in README file it might help with performance issues on Android.
