ANR error in google play console

Our app has about 8000 DAUs.

Google Play Console ANR keeps getting some errors.

It seems that there are no problems with usage because many users use it normally.

It seems to be a bug.

Help us troubleshoot.

It simply says java.lang.Error – isnt there more info and stacktrace? I have no idea whats cause of this error without more details.
